Plot Summary:Peter Sanderson is a divorced, straight-laced, uptight attorney who still loves his ex-wife and can't figure out what he did wrong to make her leave him. However, Peter's trying to move on, and he's smitten with a brainy, bombshell barrister he's been chatting with online. However, when she comes to his house for their first face-to-face, she isn't refined, isn't Ivy League, and isn't even a lawyer. Instead, it's Charlene, a prison escapee who's proclaiming her innocence and wants Peter to help her clear her name. But Peter wants nothing to do with her, prompting the loud and shocking Charlene to turn Peter's perfectly ordered life upside down, jeopardizing his effort to get back with his wife and won a billion dollar client.

人物立体，台词和笑点写的都不错，虽然聚焦种族问题但是取得了很好的平衡（celebrate poc同时给白人留很大面子）商业写作绝佳，学到了。而且这里面queen latifah妆发太美，我和我娘直呼过瘾。
奎恩是真的棒！演技棒！搞笑能力更棒！最关键。。。她！很！辣！

【2019年第36部电影】豆瓣评分有些低了，很多老片子都没有人看，更别提那些启蒙电影了。还是要感慨剧本结构真的是做的好啊，好莱坞对于剧本和电影的制作是真的走心的，并且是走市场化的。真的要像人家学习。

iMDb恶评+豆瓣恶评，不过是部商业上大获成功的影片，能在北美alltime票房榜排上名(130名左右)。Queen Latifah至此走上主流，专攻喜剧；而Steve Martin后来也出演了Pink Panther等大片，最终获得奥斯卡终身成就奖。他和白人老太太在吧里装黑人那段很酷。打个5星中和一下，作为喜剧剧情很紧凑、充实啊。
