过往人生

这部片子是我近年最爱的一部，一个礼拜看了两遍，也许是因为我也在很多年前就远离家乡工作生活，虽然没有像女主一样出国移民，但是同样有很多可以relate到的地方，有人说这不是一个爱情故事，而是一个关于故土的故事，我深以为然。

昨天看了一下柏林电影节的映后采访，有位记者问在这部电影里 ：“Why is it always the men who suffer and love and are full of emotions whereas the women are cold-hearted and striving for their careers and following their pass without paying attention to the men? ” 所有主创听完问题都笑了，扮演女主老公的John迫不及待的接过这个本来提给编剧的问题回答说： “I don’t think that’s what was intended,I think that they are all focused on their careers,every single one of them, and I think that saying that a woman can’t be focused on her career is kind of archaic notion,and I also think that greatest character is struggling just as much as ,if not more than the two men are struggling.” 这思想我也是真的很爱了,一部电影的成功不是偶然的。

女主则说她认为这个问题算是问到了重点，并认为这个问题正正也是这部电影的highlight,最后Teo觉得自己也必须得就这个问题说两句，他的回答也让我对他印象更好了一点，他说: “I believe with our story it’s not about gender,nor race nor age,it’s just about 3 human beings learning about love and closure and understanding each other and I think that’s universal.” 他说完以后我已经在心里为他鼓掌了，而且他明明英文很好，却要在电影里假装不会说，也是不容易。我也开始明白他本人看起来不那么符合世俗定义的真实爱情故事会发生的原因（扯远了）

偶然看到导演说她安排的电影结尾的巧思：“当你画一条时间线时，从来都是从左向右，通过（让Nora和Hae Sung）从右走到左，其实是意喻他们一起走向了过往..... Hae Sung的Uber自然而然也是开向了过往。接着Nora（向右走）回了家，她走的每一步都是朝着她的未来而前行”

Nora在他离开以后大哭大概只是因为总算跟多年前的Puppy love 做了合适的告别吧，哭过以后该继续往前走了。毕竟12岁不是真的懂得爱的年纪，即使Hae Sung说他虽然当时年纪小，可是他爱她，但是就像Nora在酒吧对他说的那个小女孩一直都在，她在20几年前移民的时候就已经把她留给了他，而Nora早已经不是当初的那个爱哭鼻子的Na Young了 ，this is where they ended up and what they supposed to be.

看着确实令人感到遗憾，不过再多的如果，到最后也有可能是sad ending和一地鸡毛,不如抱着美好的what if 的想象，相见不如怀念！
